Meet The Team
Diana C. Roman, LCSW
Virtual therapy across New York State.
People have always come to me for honest advice, and I think that's because they know I'll tell them what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
For over 16 years, I've helped teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life's most personal and complicated challenges, from relationship struggles and major life transitions to medical trauma, sexuality, addiction, and identity. No topic is off limits, and if something falls outside my expertise, I'll connect you with someone trusted who can help.
You can expect me to be direct, focused, and fully invested in your progress. I'll listen, ask the hard questions, and help you see what's getting in your way without wasting your time or your money.
My goal is to help you gain the clarity, tools, and confidence to create a life that feels more fulfilling, more intentional, and more like you.

I’m calm, caring, and easy to talk to, but I also know how to help you dig deeper when something needs your attention. My clients often say they can laugh with me, cry with me, and say the most unfiltered things without feeling judged.
I specialize in anxiety and life transitions, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life changes faster than your mind can catch up. I also know personally what it is like to work through anxiety during big changes and build a healthier, more grounded life on the other side.
A session with me feels honest, warm, and real. You do not have to show up perfectly or filter every thought before you say it. We will explore what is coming up, where it may be coming from, and what to do with it, while making room for humor, emotion, honest conversations, and genuine growth.

I believe healing begins when people feel seen, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. My approach is warm, patient, and grounded in curiosity, creating a space where you don't have to have everything figured out.
I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, veterans, and families through trauma, behavioral challenges, autism, life transitions, and special education needs.
Whether we're working through a difficult season or building new coping skills, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, seen, and confident moving forward.
A session with me is calm, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand yourself. We'll explore your experiences with curiosity, instead of judgment, identify what is getting in the way, and build practical tools that support lasting growth. You don't have to have all the answers. We'll take it one step at a time, together.

Margaret Bryant, LMSW
Virtual therapy across New York State.
I've always been fascinated by people and what makes us who we are. I bring that curiosity into every session, along with plenty of encouragement, humor, and real conversations.
I love working with adolescents and teens because I get how exciting, confusing, challenging, and full of change this season of life is. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence, and navigate life's ups and downs without feeling like you have to do it alone.
Therapy with me is supportive, honest, and anything but boring. I'll celebrate your wins, challenge you when you need it, and help you build skills you can use outside of our sessions. My clients often tell me they appreciate that I keep things real, bring fresh ideas, and create a space where they feel comfortable being themselves.
Expect meaningful conversations, some laughs along the way, and someone who's genuinely in your corner.

Danielle McKenzie, MHC
Virtual therapy across New York State.
Life doesn't always go the way we planned, and I know how overwhelming that can feel. I've experienced grief and difficult seasons, and life transitions myself, so I understand what it's like when everything feels uncertain.
Those experiences are a big part of why I became a therapist. I love helping people quiet the mental noise, find their footing again, and realize they're more capable than they give themselves credit for.
You don't have to have the perfect words before you show up. Bring the overthinking, the "what ifs," the stress, the tears, or even the "Omg...I don't even know where to start." We'll sort through it together. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little lighter, a little more confident, and with tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

Angela Harrison, LMSW
Virtual therapy across New York State.
I became a therapist because I've experienced firsthand how life's hardest moments can impact you. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for resilience, the importance of feeling truly supported, and the belief that no one should have to figure it all out alone.
Today, I'm passionate about helping children, young adults, women, and families navigate life's challenges with hope, confidence, and genuine support.
Therapy with me is warm, encouraging, and interactive. I'll create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, while also helping you grow in meaningful ways.
Together, we'll explore the connection between your mind, your emotions, and your body, because healing isn't just about changing your mindset. It's about helping your whole self move forward with confidence and excitement for what's next.

Let’s take the next step together.
Jasmine Jackson, LMSW
Virtual therapy across New York State.
I became a therapist because I love helping people understand themselves differently and reclaim who they get to be. As a Black woman with a background in linguistic and cultural anthropology, I’m passionate about how race, culture, language, gender, sexuality, and the world around us shape the stories we believe about ourselves.
My work centers Black and QTBIPOC adults navigating identity, trauma, anxiety, internalized racism, imposter syndrome, self worth, and the complicated experience of trying to exist authentically in a world with a whole lot of opinions about who you should be.
We’ll unpack what you’ve been carrying, question the narratives you’ve been handed, and figure out what you want to keep, rewrite, reclaim, or straight up throw out.
Therapy with me feels like talking to someone who really gets you, catches the patterns, and isn’t afraid to lovingly call you out when you need it. You don’t have to minimize your experiences or explain why your race, culture, sexuality, gender, or identity matters here.
We’ll get curious, connect the dots, and find practical ways to help you move toward the life you actually want. Expect warmth, honesty, some dry humor, and the occasional sprinkle of TikTok references.
